Our specialized groups engage the mind, body, and spirit using simple movement, psycho-education, skill building, and creative expression. Experiential therapy is effective because it internally renegotiates trauma and stress while providing a sense of safety, control, creativity, fun, and empowerment in the process. Our groups help clients make meaningful change.

Our staff is available for group and individual therapy, to lead on-site groups, give demonstrations, offer training in psychodrama and group leadership, collaborate with outside practitioners, and provide specialized intensive therapy sessions. Drive past the sign and take an immediate left into a small parking area. The courtyard is located at the far end of this parking lot. Our entrance is in the back corner . . .

Directions (from 495 South):
Take exit 43 to 140 South. At the ramp light turn left onto 140 South. Go through 4 more lights. When the road narrows to one lane, take 1st RIGHT onto Hayward Street. Follow Hayward Street around the corner. Take the 1st RIGHT into the “Moseley Mill” Complex (North Entrance) Take an IMMEDIATE LEFT into a small parking area. The entrance to the courtyard is located to the RIGHT at the back of the small parking lot. Our entrance is in the back LEFT corner of the Courtyard. Look for the “Here and Now” Sign.
